Initial 15-minute consultation - complimentary

The 15-minute phone consultation is free of charge and serves to determine whether I am the right fit for your needs.

Individual Therapy

A standard 50-minute appointment is $200 during business hours and $210 for after-hours appointments (commencing from 4:30pm).

There is a 10% surcharge for public holidays.

Rebates Explained

You can book an appointment without a referral from your GP.

However, if you do have a referral and Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP, you will be eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Medicare rebates are $98.95 per session. This means your out-of-pocket expense per session with a MHCP is $101.05 during business hours, and $111.05 after-hours.

Medicare rebates are processed via Medicare Online after each session and deposited into your nominated bank account within 10 business days.

TAC and Workcover

If you are under TAC or Workcover, most of the session fee will be covered, however there will be a small gap fee (up to $10) for after-hours appointments. 

Private Health Insurance

You may be eligible for a rebate from your private health insurer, with your entitlement dependent on your insurer and level of cover. Please contact your insurer for more information. To access this rebate, you will be provided with an invoice after payment of your session, which you can then upload to your private health insurance portal.

Letters, support statements and brief reports

Requested statements, letters and other documentation incur a fee, and are calculated at the hourly rate.

Cancellation Fees

In order to provide timely and accessible appointments for yourself and others accessing the service, we require 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment (inclusive of weekends and public holidays). This ensures that the appointment time is able to be offered to other clients seeking support.

If you provide between 24-48 hours’ notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged. 

If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged. 

If you do not provide any notice of cancellation but do not show up to your appointment, the full session fee will be charged.

Medicare rebates are not available for cancellation fees.
